Research Agreements with US Investigators and Institutions---
Negotiate site level budgets with US
sites/investigators/institutions---Function as Lead Contract
Manager for specific therapeutic areas, indications, and budget
escalations---Collaborate with external partners to execute site
budgets and contracts---Monitor budgets on a study level and
provide updates to project teams as appropriately related to US
site contracts---Negotiate contract terms and conditions with US
sites/investigators/institutions---Develop and maintain template
negotiation and decision history for clinical trial agreements
including utilizing many levels of associated fallback language as
provided by BMS Legal---Assure that contractual terms and
provisions are in compliance with corporate processes, guidelines,
and policies.---Identify and drive process improvement---Escalate
to appropriate BMS colleague when significant legal or financial
risk is identified---Support the set-up of Pos and reconciliation
of invoices as needed.---Ensure contracting compliance and
appropriate prioritization and execution with the Book of
Work---Ensure proper filing and status reporting of all agreements
within approved company systems Degree Requirements Bachelor's
degree (BA or BS) and 7+ years direct contracting experience,
preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry; or Master's degree
and 5+ years contract experience. Experience Requirements At Least
7 Years of an in depth working knowledge of site budget and
contract negotiation as well an understanding of the budget and
contracting and process and associated policies, procedures,
