Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Partner Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a multi-layered team of partner management professionals,
including developing and nurturing leaders across the team
Identify and own team-wide and program-wide initiatives aimed at
improving the revenue generation capabilities of the partnerships
program
Work hand-in-glove with Partner Operations, Partner Acquisition,
and overall Leadership to coordinate efforts across partners
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of people management experience in Partner Management, BD,
or Channel environment
Experience managing and coaching a large team of ICs, including
developing high performers and leaders
Track record acting as an executive sponsor for large revenue
generating partnerships
Ability to redefine, structure, test, and scale new elements of the
Partnership program/organization
Strong understanding of the technology landscape, HCM and Payroll
tech experience is a plus
