Job Description:

Position Summary:Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for a set of customers I which they will perform the following duties:--- Collections--- Communicate with clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans--- Update Client Accounts based on payments or contact information--- Invoice creation/ create, and update excel spreadsheets--- Providing support to the customer by researching invoice questions--- Assists with audits within the Finance Department--- Other projects as neededKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:--- Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk, specialist or manager--- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations--- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records--- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers--- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills--- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail--- Proficiency in English and MS Office.
