We are seeking a highly capable and bilingual IT Finance Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in aligning financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with IT initiatives, especially in supporting Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Client Details Our client provides a comprehensive range of financial services including corporate banking, personal banking, investment banking, asset management, insurance, and international trade finance. Description Act as a liaison between Finance and IT departments, especially for projects involving Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Lead or support the implementation and optimization of financial systems (e.g., ERP, EPM, BI tools). Analyze financial workflows and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. Translate business and financial requirements into functional system specifications in both English and Mandarin. Develop reports, dashboards, and data models to support financial decision-making. Ensure data quality and consistency across finance systems and integrations. Manage or contribute to system upgrades, migrations, and process automations. Deliver training and support to finance users, including Mandarin-speaking teams. Stay informed of industry trends in finance and IT to provide innovative recommendations. Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred). 2-4 years of experience in IT consulting, financial systems, or finance transformation roles. Experience working in a bilingual environment or with multinational teams. Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) - this is a mandatory requirement.
