Responsibilities Include: Formulating applications into the final closing package Follow-up on documents after closing Preparing the closed loan for shipment to the servicer/investor/government agencies Verify and input all accurate closing data Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of closing experience. Must have a thorough knowledge of TRID guidelines. Must be available to work in office (Trevose, PA) Must have extensive knowledge of real estate and regulations, appraisal guidelines and financial statements.
