Job Description Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lititz, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding account details and services. • Provide fuel price quotes to customers who call in, ensuring clarity and precision. • Create and manage new customer accounts, maintaining accurate records. • Process orders for residential and commercial fuel, including specialized markets as needed. • Handle daily payment postings for cash, checks, and credit cards, and reconcile credit card reports. • Prepare bank deposits and ensure accuracy in financial documentation. • Assist in assembling quotations, proposals, and promotional materials for the department. • Participate in after-hours on-call rotations to address urgent customer needs. • Support dispatch operations when required to ensure smooth delivery processes.• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. • Proven ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently. • Proficiency in computer applications for data entry, presentations, and administrative tasks. • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships. • Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities to manage multiple responsibilities. • High school diploma or equivalent education level required. • Must be available to work onsite in the Lititz office. • Experience in order entry, handling inbound/outbound calls, and managing customer invoices preferred.
