Lalor Family Dental’s orthodontic office in Endicott is looking for friendly, organized, and dependable individuals to join our Business Team . As a key member of our patient-centered, family-friendly practice, you’ll help create smooth, positive experiences for patients of all ages while supporting the orthodontist and the office’s day-to-day operations. No orthodontic experience? No problem! We provide full training in insurance processes, scheduling, patient communication, claims management, and more — and you’ll be paid while you learn. What You’ll Do: Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and clear communication. Schedule appointments and coordinate care between the orthodontist and patients. Verify insurance benefits, manage claims, and complete orthodontic pre-authorizations accurately and promptly. Assist patients with financial arrangements and process payments. Conduct patient outreach and follow-ups to keep treatment plans on track. Maintain office records, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks. Support general clerical and operational duties to ensure the office runs smoothly. What We’re Looking For: Positive, patient-centered attitude and a genuine desire to help people. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail across multiple systems. Clear, confident communication and a team-first mindset. Self-motivated, results-focused, and willing to take initiative. Integrity, responsibility, and a strong work ethic. High School Diploma or GED required; we’ll train you in orthodontic office workflows. Leadership or coaching experience a plus but not required.
