Oversee and manage patient scheduling across multiple locations, ensuring provider efficiency and patient satisfaction using Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental or similar software. ? Lead front office operations , streamlining patient check-in/check-out, documentation accuracy, and workflow coordination. ? Be the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing clear and compassionate communication regarding treatments, financial policies, and appointment logistics. ? Maintain meticulous patient records , ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. ? Coordinate with providers, treatment coordinators, and dental assistants to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care. ? Train and mentor junior receptionists and administrative staff , fostering a culture of professionalism and exceptional service. ? Optimize scheduling strategies to maximize provider productivity while keeping wait times minimal. Qualifications: ? 5 years of experience in dental reception, front office administration, or a similar senior role. ? Proficient in dental office software ( Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental ). ? Strong leadership skills , with the ability to train, mentor, and oversee front office staff. ? Exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments confidently. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with a warm, patient-first mindset.
