taste, we’d love to meet you. About the role… We are looking for a
polished, people-first Workplace Experience Coordinator to be the
face of our NYC headquarters. This is a highly visible, in-person
role that sits at the heart of our office - you'll be the first
person employees, guests, and brand partners see when they walk
through our doors. You will work closely with our Workplace
Experience Lead to ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day, from
managing the front desk and welcoming visitors to keeping our
pantry stocked and our common spaces looking their best. This is a
role for someone who takes genuine pride in creating warm,
organized, and elevated in-person experiences. This role requires
full-time, on-site presence at our NYC headquarters from 8:30 AM –
5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Your Impact to The Role: Own the
front desk experience - greet and check in all guests, candidates,
and brand partners with warmth and professionalism Serve as the
first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a
best-in-class welcome experience that reflects ShopMy's brand
Manage badge access for employees, visitors, and contractors in
partnership with Workplace Technology Maintain the pantry, kitchen,
and common areas - managing restocks, organization, and cleanliness
throughout the day Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries;
coordinate outbound shipping as needed Support the Workplace
Experience Lead with day-to-day office operations and special
projects Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including
workspace setup and coordination with IT Help support internal
events and team moments as needed Maintain a tidy, organized, and
welcoming reception area at all times Proactively flag operational
issues or supply needs to the Workplace Experience Lead You Are

to every interaction What We Are Looking For: 1–2 years of
experience in a reception, front desk, hospitality, office
coordination, or customer-facing role Polished, professional
presence with strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly
organized with a strong attention to detail Proactive and
resourceful — you don't wait to be told what needs doing
Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment Genuinely people-oriented - you love creating welcoming
experiences Must be based in NYC and available to be on-site full
time, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday High level of
professionalism and discretion when interacting with external
clients and guests Bonus Points: Background in hospitality, luxury
retail, or premium brand environments Experience with badge access
or workplace management systems Familiarity with a high-growth
startup environment Passion for workplace culture and in-person
experience Interest in the creator economy, fashion, or beauty
industries In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the
salary range for this position is as shown. We note that salary
information as a general guideline only, actual compensation may
vary from posting based on the offer for this role, including the
scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work
experience, key skills, education, training and business
considerations. New York Pay Range $60,000 - $80,000 USD The
provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential
or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
