Job Description:
Our client, is seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their
team. As a Facilities Assistant, you will be part of the warehouse
department. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of tools,
computer knowledge and ability to lift up to 50lbs which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Assistant
Location: Conklin Pay Range: $17.20 hour What’s the Job? Inspection
of facility and equipment to determine if maintenance may be
required Minor repairs, change light bulbs, wall switches and
outlets, using tools Some minor plumbing, change faucets,
unclogging drains Performs minor painting, carpentry by using a
brush or sprayer Remove old furniture What’s Needed? Knowledge of
tools Ability to work alongside of the lead during maintenance work
Understanding of how to paint, change bulbs, and fix minor plumbing
issues Work Monday - Friday 8am-430pm with some flexibility in the
