Pickett Construction is rapidly growing and seeking additional Facility Service Technicians to join one of the fastest-growing, most professional service and maintenance teams in the Northeast. This full-time position supports commercial and industrial clients across Eastern Pennsylvania, with a company vehicle provided. We are looking for motivated individuals skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing , and general building maintenance. Ideal candidates are dependable, adaptable, and capable of identifying jobsite hazards while delivering high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs in retail, restaurant, commercial, and industrial facilities Move efficiently between multiple projects with minimal supervision Follow all company policies and procedures, with strict attention to safety standards Communicate effectively with management to clarify tasks and report results Work both independently and as part of a team Travel as required for assigned projects Requirements Valid driver’s license Prior carpentry experience Proficiency using hand and power tools Knowledge of building regulations and applicable codes Ability to pass a drug test Strong integrity, dependability, and self-management Desired Qualities Ability to identify potential hazards and overcome onsite challenges Adaptability to different work environments and varying job scopes Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Compensation & Benefits $15–$25 per hour depending on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance (per plan guidelines) 401(k) and profit sharing (per plan guidelines) Paid vacation and holidays Company vehicle provided Flexible schedule About Pickett Facilities Maintenance Pickett Facilities Maintenance is a rapidly expanding commercial and industrial maintenance contractor known for high standards, customer satisfaction, and rigorous schedules.
