The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, develop, and understand the skills required to be an efficient and effective commercial installation lead. Responsibilities Partner with field supervisors, project managers, and team members to lead commercial HVAC projects Perform installation of commercial HVAC, boiler piping, and refrigeration equipment Develop basic knowledge of commercial and mechanical piping and ductwork Responsible for installation of ductwork and other related materials Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators and other equipment as required by the job Job qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum 5-10 years of Commercial HVAC experience preferred EPA Universal and OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record Basic math skills Competencies Excellent written, verbal and active listening skills Exceptional customer service skills Technical knowledge Strong organizational skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Customer focused Problem solving skills What can we offer you? This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
