a Customer Service Representative , you will be the first point of
contact for our customers, delivering a friendly and professional
experience. In this role, you’ll assist with scheduling service
appointments, processing orders and payments, and providing product
support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction
by addressing inquiries efficiently, staying organized, and
maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced
environment. Pay Rate: $20.00 /Hourly Responsibilities: Provide
exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via
email Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
to ensure timely completion Accurately process orders, payments,
and warranty claims Assist customers with product information and
basic troubleshooting Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and
POS systems Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required;
associate degree preferred Previous customer service or
administrative experience Strong communication, organizational, and
problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a
fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
systems Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
