Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic
opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
specializing in pediatrics within a school setting in Lancaster,
CA. This travel assignment involves working directly with students
in-person for the entire 2024-2025 school year. The role emphasizes
hands-on interaction with students diagnosed with Autism, requiring
comfort and experience in managing diverse communication needs
within educational environments. Key Qualifications and Experience:
Certification as an SLP holding a Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) Experience or willingness to work with school-age
pediatric populations Comfort and skill in supporting students with
Autism spectrum disorders Familiarity with teletherapy principles
is a plus, though this role is fully in-person Current Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates who meet qualifications may be
considered Awareness of Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
roles as the team examines potential support options Location and
Responsibilities:This position is located at a campus in Lancaster,
CA, operating within an educational framework. Responsibilities
include assessing, planning, and implementing tailored speech and
language interventions for students exhibiting communication
challenges, particularly those on the Autism spectrum. The role
demands close collaboration with educational staff and families to
