school-based travel Physical Therapist position is located in

responsibilities include: Direct PT services for K-12 students in
accordance with IEP goals and service mandates Evaluation of
students’ functional mobility, posture, balance, and gross motor
skills within school environments such as classrooms, hallways,
playgrounds, and cafeterias Development of individualized treatment
plans, interventions, and school-based accommodations to promote
student participation and safety Attendance and active
participation in Committee on Special Education (CSE) meetings as
the PT representative, providing professional input on student
needs, goals, and progress Preparation of clear, comprehensive
written reports, including evaluations, progress updates, and
documentation to support IEP development and compliance
Collaboration with teachers, related service providers, and
families to integrate PT strategies into daily routines and
classroom activities Recommendations for and training on adaptive
equipment, positioning devices, mobility aids, and environmental
modifications as needed Travel to multiple school buildings during
the workday to provide services across the district, with
scheduling support from school and special education staff
Maintenance of accurate and timely documentation according to
district and state regulations A typical day may include scheduled
