Information About This Opportunity LM's Missiles and Fire Control
(MFC) is expanding its teams in multiple locations, including
Orlando, FL; Ocala, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Goleta, CA; Troy, AL;
Chelmsford, MA; Camden, AK; Archibald, PA; Lexington, KY. MUST BE A
U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires
special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a
secret clearance. Basic Qualifications: • Must be a U.S. Citizen
and have the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance •
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply
Chain Management, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or
related field • Effective project management skills • Strong
communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) •
Experience working with cross-functional groups • Demonstrated
ability to take initiative to solve problems and issues as they
arise • Experience with data analytics and Tableau Reporting •
Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, with
Green or Black Belt Certification • Experience with Root Cause
Corrective Action tools • Understanding of CNC machining, Computer
Aided Design (CAD), and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) •
Experience interpreting and applying Geometric Dimensioning &
Tolerancing (GD&T) interpretation skills • Proficiency with
Microsoft Office products, including strong Excel skills •
Experience using precision measuring tools, gauges, and equipment •
General understanding of Mil-Spec special processes and industry
standards, including ISO9000 and AS9100 • Experience with SAP,
Apriso, and Windchill PLM • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
multi-tasking/prioritization skills • Experience communicating with
peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple
platforms • Experience controlling and handling inventory • Valid
driver's license • Ability to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
Firearms and Explosives ("ATF") background check • Ability to
understand and use Material Resource Planning, Warehouse
Management, and Manufacturing Execution Systems • Knowledge of
Lockheed Martin manufacturing processes and equipment • Familiarity
with common assembly and fabrication methods, finishing techniques,
and OSHA requirements • Experience with capital expenditure
requests and managing supplier relationships • Exceptional
communication and presentation skills • Ability to work in an
ordnance facility and interpret complex engineering drawings •
Basic knowledge of machine/tool mechanical design, general
manufacturing/integration processes, and hand tools • Proficient
with MS Office suite and experience with AutoCAD, CREO, or Solid
Works • Knowledgeable of hydraulic and pneumatic systems/equipment
used in a Manufacturing Environment, and engineering materials
Desired Skills: • Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance •
Defense or Aerospace Industry experience Security Clearance

Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed
onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that
provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range
from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may
be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day,
