seeking a reliable and motivated Mitigation Technician to join our
restoration team. As a technician , you will play a critical role
in responding to property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and
other emergencies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in
hands-on, fast-paced environments and wants to make a difference in
people’s lives every day. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to
emergency calls related to water, fire, or structural damage
Perform mitigation services including water extraction, structural
drying, and site cleanup Use industry-standard tools and drying
equipment to restore affected properties Accurately document all
work performed and communicate updates to supervisors and clients
Maintain safety standards and proper PPE usage on all job sites
Work as part of a team of technicians and restoration specialists
to complete projects efficiently Deliver excellent customer
service, often during stressful and emotional situations
Qualifications: Prior experience as a Mitigation Technician , Water
Damage Technician, or Restoration Technician preferred (but not
required) Physically capable of lifting, moving, and standing for
long periods Ability to stay calm and professional in emergency
situations Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and earn
industry certifications Valid driver’s license and clean driving
