deliver solutions that matter. The Work Lockheed Martin is seeking
an experienced Hardware Systems Engineering Lead to join our
Mission Systems team. In this senior role, you will play a key part
in the development of Advanced Processing systems and subsystems,
supporting all aspects of hardware development from requirements
derivation through product integration. You’ll lead efforts to
ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work,
ensuring that project deliverables meet cost and schedule
commitments. You will also utilize Digital Transformation
practices, including model-based engineering, test automation, and
Agile development, to define product capabilities and drive
innovation. Key responsibilities include: • Leading product
development activities and providing technical guidance to a team
of engineers, including requirements derivation through product
integration for products that include hardware, software, and
firmware components. • Supporting overall organizational process
compliance, including the Systems Engineering and Hardware
Development Process Implementation. • Ensuring the technical
integrity and completeness of deliverables, and ensuring cost and
schedule commitments are met. • Managing customer interfaces and
coordinating with multiple stakeholders. • Leveraging Digital
Transformation tools to enhance development processes. Please note:
This position is fulltime onsite in Owego, NY. This position
requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government

MSetech Basic Qualifications •Bachelors degree in Electrical,
Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering or a related
discipline, with 9 years or more of professional experience; or 7
years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. •
Strong team leadership experience. • Experience leading hardware
design efforts including requirements derivation through product
integration support. • Experience with advanced processing systems
that include hardware, software, and firmware elements. •
Experience collaborating with all engineering disciplines and
program personnel and participation in cross functional product
development. • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to
at least the Secret level. Desired skills • DOD customer experience
• Experience with designing / developing / integrating advanced
processing systems • Experience with DO-254 and/or DO-178 design
certification • Exceptional communication skills, both written and
oral, and ability to brief technical / program information to
internal and external audiences • Experience working in classified
environments • Drive execution through a Digital Engineering
environment, leveraging Model-Based System Engineering, DevSecOps
and Agile approaches • Experience with DOORS and NextGen DOORS

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed
Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance Information This
position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US
Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range
for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York
(excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii,
Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or
Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced
above, the salary range for this position will reflect the
candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending

The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$125,600 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
