Job Description:

Our client, an obstacle race brand, is looking for an Director of Influencer Marketing to join their team Full Time in Q1 2021.The Director of Influencer Marketing will:-Spearhead all influencer & creator marketing initiatives for the brand:macro, micro and nano -Project manage organic programs to ensure plans and posts are on-time and in alignment with brand marketing-Utilize external and internal influencer tools in researching and scaling influencers and creators -Research different avenues to grow the brand -Negotiate talent fees with agents, managers and influencers/talent directly & then work with finance and legal teams to draft contracts and coordinate payments -Work with the Projects team to arrange travel, plan logistics, and coordinate talent riders for shoots where applicable-Work closely with the Production team to coordinate talent-led remote shoots-Attend photo/video shoots and manage talent needs on-set (as needed, including remote shoots)-Distribute call sheets and photo/video treatment documents to talent, schedule calls to review pre-production details with talent/agents-Collaborate with creative strategists to pitch talent-led campaigns to prospective clients-Quickly and efficiently source potential talent options based on program concept, scope and budget-Represent the talent team capabilities in client/agency-facing meetings and pitches-Activate Influencer campaigns and manage post-campaign evaluation, using measurement tools to track performance metrics-Ensure FTC compliance for influencer-led programs and executionsThe Director of Influencer Marketing must:-Have 4 + years of experience working brandside or agency side OR working with a talent agency -Have leadership experience-A strategic mindset along with analytical and creative rigor-Deep understanding of social media platforms and how brands can leverage them to reach their goals-Have strong presentation skills-Influencer management experience is a MUST-Familiarity with FTC guidelines in a plus-Must be detail oriented, able to work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines-Must be able to juggle multiple projects with changing priorities
