We are seeking determined and dynamic Business Development Representatives (BDMs) to drive growth for the North America region and help our prospective partners maximize their revenue generation through our SaaS tools and marketplace. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales, possess great communication skills, be detail oriented and can prioritize effectively. Also, a strong work ethic and a passion to build great relationships with customers is essential.

Currently we have 50K+ active Partners using the software, booking 10M+ monthly appointments.

About The Role:

We are looking for high-performing relationship builders who know how to communicate with all types of people; you will often be the first point of contact with potential partners, so creating a great first impression is critical.

Your mission will be increasing sales and market share in your designated territory. You'll be managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close; your primary focus will be outbound business development. You'll be actively engaging with prospects using a multi-channel approach and creative follow-up communications and then using product demos to help them understand how Fresha will benefit their business and help them grow. We move quickly and are building a rocketship, so you'll get to contribute to the creation and optimization of sales scripts, messaging and processes as we build a world-class sales team and processes to match.

Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
This position is focused on 100% new business development
Calling on key decision-makers using phone, email & social touches with the goal of bringing on new business (there may be some in-person meetings as appropriate)
Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing Partners
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential Partners in order to align our solutions to their needs and business objectives
Establish and maintain positive Partner relationships
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless Partner experience
Provide feedback to management about ongoing trends in the industry
Record all activity and maintain accurate contact records in our CRM (HubSpot)
Ensure that all Inbound partners are assigned to the relevant B2B workflows
Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner, and document all call outcomes in the CRM
Build good relationships with all colleagues across the commercial teams
Analyzing effectiveness of outbound campaigns & scripts
Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales
Willingness to travel to tradeshows or other events as needed

About You:
2+ years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success
Experience with Saas, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
Experience with consultative sales methodologies is an asset
You are driven, results oriented and have a fantastic work ethic
You are a true hunter and relationship builder
Organized: you can multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
You can think on your feet and problem solve on the fly
Have high energy and a positive attitude
Strong customer service orientation
Have high business acumen and love solving business challenges
You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop
You are self-motivated, take initiative, and are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment given the start-up nature of the business
A keen interest in the Beauty and Wellness industry is essential
