Our Client
They are a highly successful open banking platform that are looking to penetrate the US market by hiring a Partnership Manager to identify and design new partnerships with large enterprise and complex partners. This is great greenfield opportunity for someone with a high motivation to deliver on the Open Banking opportunity in the USA

Your role
Designing the strategic partner market in the US, to ensure resources are dedicated to the right efforts to acquire new partnerships
Engaging with existing relevant partners to establish how to further strengthen and structure these relationships
Leading acquisition of net-new partner prospects to continue to expand awareness of the brand, as well as driving & accelerating new and existing sales engagements alongside those partners
Becoming the expert, to ensure partners are educated and enabled to explain the benefits on our behalf, to appropriate audiences, including helping champions to write detailed business cases to help build consensus across their organisations
Working closely with the Product & Engineering to ensure timely alignment of partner-lead product innovation efforts with the relevant partner
Collaborating across all teams, spanning operational, technical, and commercial to ensure harmonisation and success to partnerships
Owning & reporting on partnerships engagement & acquisition strategy, including regular forecasting

Your Background
5+ years of partnership experience and evidence of high performance
Experience in enterprise technology and being the driver to close complex partnerships across several moving parts
Experience at a global professional services business ideally with exposure to complex partnerships
Experience working for a start-up or scale-up
Experience in having to start from 0-1, building network and pipeline from no pre-existing client base
Experience in financial services or selling to financial service providers
Good understanding of our clients' products to scope out competitor analysis
