Job Description
BlueVoyant is looking for an experienced marketer to own our account-based marketing program, working closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to educate, engage and excite our strategic accounts.
The Sr. Account-Based Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and implementation of effective Account Based Marketing programs that meet the growth objectives of the business, with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation exclusively from a top target account list and accelerating existing opportunities.
This role will be a critical resource in creating engagements with strategic accounts through multiple channels and in tandem with digital, demand, partner, and field marketing teams. They will own the overall responsibility for planning and executing a multitude of marketing programs - e.g. content marketing, conceiving and hosting customer events, account intelligence gathering and sales enablement - to a group of strategic accounts in support of sales goals.
Responsibilities

  • Define Account Based Marketing strategy and execution planning, working
  • cross-functionally to build and run multichannel, integrated campaigns
  • Partner with the regional Field Marketing Managers to develop regional, account focused playbooks including, but not limited to, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow up, nurture, channel activities, live/online events, meeting setting with the goal of building pipeline and accelerating bookings
  • Collaborate and partner with core marketing functions on campaign concept, custom content requirements, digital marketing support/message testing and creative development to ensure effectiveness for regional named accounts
  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts in the regions
  • Own ABM metrics to ensure business impact measured by named account pipeline/bookings (sourced/influenced), database growth and accuracy for named accounts, account/person engagement scores and sales/partner utilization of programs
  • Lead ongoing account check-ins with sales team to ensure account goals, key contacts and account plans remain on track, and discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications
  • Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, & budget
  • Work with the relevant global teams to evolve account-based technology, reporting, and measurement strategies
  • Own and manage Sendoso platform, targeting key accounts with creating and personalizing marketing campaigns
    Key Requirements
    • 6+ years B2B marketing experience with a focus on target/named account-focused programs in an account-based marketing, demand generation, or field marketing role
    • Proven track record of running successful multi-channel ABM campaigns: defining campaign strategy and execution plans, encompassing multiple ABM tools, campaign tactics and technologies, using innovative, targeted account-based strategies to drive impact
    • Leverage account-based data and technology to help our marketing and sales teams attract, engage, convert, and grow strategic accounts
    • You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution
    • Create, manage and execute account-based marketing programs in partnership with sales executives and the demand generation team to drive platform adoption that will accelerate usage within strategic accounts
    • Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously
    • Strong understanding of pipeline management and metrics
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
    • Team player with ability to collaborate, and also work independently
    • Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup
    • 6Sense knowledge is a plus
    • Sendoso knowledge is a plus
    • Occasional travel to support events - less than 30%.
