Overview
At C&N we have a mission to take care of our customers to be
the only bank they need. The Community Office Manager I is
responsible for planning, directing, managing, and evaluating daily
branch operations and sales. This position will also be responsible
for ensuring the branch functions efficiently and effectively in
providing quality customer service and profitability as well as
leading the branch in business development efforts by building and
maintaining deposit and loan relationships with consumer and
commercial customers.
Responsibilities
1. Enhances customer retention. 2. Manages the effective and
efficient operations of the branch. 3. Leads, directs, and engages
in Business Development efforts for the branch. 4. Supervises,
leads, and coaches assigned staff. 5. Training and Education -
Completes all assigned training as established in a timely manner,
including compliance, certification & licensure, and other
developmental requirements. 6. Customer Service - Exemplifies
C&N Customer Service Standards. PM23
Qualifications
Education: Associate's degree in a related fieldandExperience: 2-4
years previous related sales and management experience in a banking
environment or related sales field. OR: Equivalent combination of
education and experience. Required Certifications: Obtain MLO # and
register with NMLS (within 1 year of employment), Medallion Stamp
Signer (within 6 months of employment). Skills:
