What youll do: This is a unique opportunity to define the future of intelligent pharmacy fulfilment. As a member of the product management team, you will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to make this happen You will act as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, build, quality, and marketing of products as they move from conception to distribution. You will organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product/release on schedule and within budget. You will analyze and integrate external customer specifications, technical capabilities and justify product directions. This exciting role requires an experienced, driven individual with both business and technical acumen, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for product management. An employee assigned to this role may have additional, job-related dutiesEssential Functions:

• Define, execute and communicate the product strategy to create a product roadmap and support our go-to-market plans and customer first mindset
• Engage with Nexia customers to understand their needs and expectations. Participate in and run customer focus groups, and drive the customer-focused orientation withing the product organization
• Define business cases and analyze critical metrics to inform decision making & measure success
• Capture detailed product requirements to maximize customer adoption and customer value
• Collaborate with engineering teams, technology leaders, and extended technology to build market differentiating capabilities
• Work closely with marketing teams to facilitate decisions around product launch, product positioning, and gain insights on the competitive landscape
• Manage the software product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Work closely with development to assess the product development sprints and enhancement opportunities. Develop metrics to measure customer value
• Provide release documentation for new features/functions
• Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time
• Willing to work flexible hours to overlap with US/other international teamsExperience Required:
• 7+ years of market facing software product management experience
• Exceptional communication skills- someone who is an engaging storyteller and is at ease presenting to executives
• Blend of both strategic and tactical thinking- someone who can identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts, and then organize thematic work areas in deep detail, thus aligning long term vision with iterative execution
• Deep understanding of customer KPIs and ability to drive relevant product investment
• Strong project management skills including managing project timelines to completion through various stakeholder and peer influences
• Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
• Bachelors degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred
• Pharmacy/healthcare vertical understanding or past experience preferredWhat are the perks?
