We are making affordable flooring for our community with exceptional quality. What We Are Looking for:
We are seeking an Environmental, Health, & Safety Manager for our facility in Pittston. PA. The EHS manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs and procedures for our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing safety programs in a manufacturing setting, and a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards. Requirements Role & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety standards
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, including new hire safety orientation, hazard communication, and emergency response
• Manage and maintain safety records and documentation, including incident reports, safety training records, and safety data sheets
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent a recurrence
• Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure safety considerations are incorporated into all aspects of operations
• Maintain a working knowledge of current safety regulations and best practices, and make recommendations for changes and improvements to safety policies and procedures as needed
• Develop and manage safety budgets and allocate resources appropriately to ensure safety goals are met Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing safety programs in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
  • Experience developing and delivering safety training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
