Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager for a Food Manufacturing company in PennsylvaniaThis job will have the following responsibilities:Drive the initiatives across departments, including staffing, performance management, training and development, retention and rewards/recognition.Counsel and lead employees or managers regarding labor relation issues.Create, coordinate and facilitate employee programs, training and also special eventsAid in the administration of talent pipeline programs, including but not limited to training and recruitment efforts.Requirements/Skills:Degree PreferredMust have previous manufacturing background3 years in a leadership roleMust be able to work onsite 100 percent of the time.Company offers solid benefits, annual bonus and relocation assistanceUI897799
