role is to continue to address what the market and consumers need

Dove Men+Care, Degree and Axe.We're looking for an analytical,
strategic research and insight expert who loves hunting for key
facts and insights from a wide range of resources, connecting the
dots, and turning them into powerful perspectives and
recommendations. These will help us solve business questions and
issues (i.e., driving sales/share, understanding consumer segments,
retailers, pricing, trends), and guide business
decision-making.This role is a part of the Marketing team and will
work across the Deodorants portfolio, doing category-wide, brand
agnostic work, as well as focusing on short term innovation and
engagement for Dove, Dove Men+Care, and Shea Moisture.You will
interact with a large number of different business partners
(cross-brands, cross-functional, local-global, internal and
external) in a fast-paced, dynamic, inclusive and fun team culture.
So, you'll be exposed to, learn from, and contribute to a breadth
and a depth of marketing and research aspects while working in this
role.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Have passion to bring in facts, data and consumers as the
center of everything we do.
- Fluent in numbers, and good at pulling key insights and
implications ("so what") from the data in a clear, constructive
manner - not data dump.
- Run custom qualitative/quantitative research with or without
research agency partners; desk research/analysis by using available
sources.
- Interact with a large number of different business partners
with different needs and questions -- Marketing team primarily, but
also with cross-functional/organizational teams (i.e.,
Retailer/Sales, local and global teams, R&D, external
research/data agencies).
- Willing to learn and quickly get familiar with a wide range of
business needs and questions. Learn to clearly understand each of
them (big or small, structured or random), and then address them
with your actionable recommendations/point-of-view.
- Monitor in-market business performance of existing products and
innovations from our brands and competitive brands for actions that
our brands should take.
- Leverage partnership with data agencies and their analysis.
Lead data quality governance with them.
- Master our performance/consumer research and insight tools and
methods, and help to upskill business partners.
- Manage social listening tools and conduct searches, keep a
pulse on trends, and deliver insights related to growing
spaces.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required. Advanced degree in Marketing,
Marketing Research, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics
or Business is welcomed.
- Demonstrated high performance, 3-5+ years of relevant
experience (such as data analytics, research, consulting, retail,
or marketing). CPG experience is preferred.
- Experience in in-market performance data analytics (sales,
purchase/usage panel, pricing, distribution, etc.) is a must - both
scanning and panel data sources. Experience in brand equity/health
area, custom quantitative and qualitative research in addition is
preferred.
- Strong inter-personal communication skills to work effectively
in a high-speed, dynamic work environment with a large number of
different business partners and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate ability to think through problems and provide clear
logic and points-of-view in a simple way, not just sharing
data/facts/research outcomes.
- Strong Project Management skills in prioritizing projects and
multi-tasks.

$86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range
of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions
including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training,
licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and
other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is
bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI
