Your Impact

In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of quality assurance and control-from raw material intake to finished product performance. You'll lead a dedicated quality team, influence product development, and be a key driver of operational improvement.



What You'll Do

Quality Leadership

- Design, implement, and optimize quality control processes across production and lab operations

- Develop and enforce SOPs, quality tracking, and compliance systems

- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve issues and improve processes

Customer & Supplier Excellence

- Analyze and resolve customer complaints with data-driven solutions

- Evaluate and manage supplier quality performance to ensure raw material standards

- Build strategies that enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction

Product Innovation Support

- Oversee quality testing for new formulations and product trials alongside R&D and production

- Conduct lab testing to ensure new products meet internal and external expectations

- Provide technical input throughout the product development cycle

Team Development & Continuous Improvement

- Lead and mentor two Quality Lab Technicians

- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to boost efficiency and reduce waste

- Stay informed on regulatory updates, ISO standards, and industry certifications



What You Bring

- 10+ years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment (tapes, adhesives, or films a plus)

- Strong background in ISO standards, SPC, and Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)

- Hands-on experience with lab testing, product development, and quality systems implementation

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage vendor/customer relationships

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Travel - 10%
