M2 Construction is seeking a Construction Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution and successful completion of projects. The Construction Operations Manager will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating schedules, monitoring costs, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, the Construction Operations Manager will work closely with company owners to drive operational excellence and profitability, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. The successful Construction Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring project performance, operational efficiency, and safety while fostering strong relationships with all team members, clients, suppliers, and engineers.

Construction Operations Manager Position Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry including project management and operational leadership
-Bachelor's degree, preferred or equivalent experience
-Water and wastewater industry experience, a plus
-Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management Software, required; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology, essential
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential
-Demonstrated community involvement, preferred
