We work together to plan our roadmap, create project specifications, review feature work, track experiment results and monitor overall site performance to build amazing products that deliver value to our customers and drive company growth.We consider ourselves technologists, with backgrounds at tech companies such as Chewy, LiveAuctioneers, Match Group, Meta and more. We are deeply intrigued by the applications of AI and are always looking for ways to use these advancements to help us move faster as a team and to power tools helping customers find the right plants for their needs.About the roleAs a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ecommerce experience. Reporting directly to the VP of Consumer Engineering and Product, you'll take ownership of defining strategies and executing the development of innovative features that delight our customers. From leading user research to analyzing consumer behavior and optimizing conversion, you'll work at the heart of our mission to make plant shopping seamless and enjoyable.What You Should Have
  • 3+ years of Product Management work experience.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth in consumer products.
  • Experience A/B Testing new feature releases.
  • Experience conducting user research and interviews.
  • Experience with data-driven decision making, including funnel analysis and segmentation.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce stores and their conversion funnels.
  • You should feel comfortable with a get-it-done, "perfect is the enemy of good" mentality. We prioritize moving quickly and iterating, instead of multi-month project execution.
  • Located in NYC and willingness to work with the team from our Flatiron office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
