Job Description:

Premier has also earned national certification as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA). Premier is looking for a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner that can manage medication and treat our I/DD population. Required Qualifications:

  • NYS License
  • Degree from credentialed medical school
  • CPR Certification
  • EHR Proficiency Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with the I/DD population
    • Active Medicare/Medicaid Registration
