We are seeking a Program Coordinator (PC) who will be tasked with managing Resilience Lab Institute's internal and external communication with key stakeholders. These include but are not limited to programming/event attendees, third-party partners/ institutions, recruiting sources (i.e., linked in), and Resilience Lab clinical and management staff. The PC will work closely with various teams including our Marketing, and Clinician Training-Development teams. This position will help secure, oversee, and execute the training & learning content offered by the institute, gain adaptive skills by learning and utilizing our training software, as well as creatively advance initiatives spearheaded by the noted teams. In joining the management team, the PC will play a critical role in the scaling and influence of Resilience Lab.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote with potential travel to NY-based headquarters as needed following the resolution of the COVID-19 crisis.



  • Work directly with the Executive Clinical Director and Provost on developing and implementing policies and procedures for the Resilience Lab Institute.
  • Work directly with the Executive Clinical Director and Provost, and the Director of Clinical Operations to develop curricula, as well as plan out and source content/talent aimed at advancing and promoting the Resilience Lab Institute.
  • Oversee day-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative matters central to the institute
  • Oversee scheduling, planning, organizing, and project managing of program-related meetings and events
  • Assist with outreaching, sourcing, vetting, and managing RL Institute partners (e.g., program presenters)
  • Serve as a central point of contact for the institute by overseeing program communication and correspondence with RL staff, institute customers, administrators, and all other program stakeholders
  • Oversee the use of technology for program operations, such as video conferencing technology, presentation software, learning software (i.e., Talent LMS) and intranet (the "Launchpad"), and other communications technologies.
  • Competency in video editing, and graphic design is desired
  • Assist in writing, editing, reviewing, uploading, formatting, and coordinating development of course catalogs, promotional materials, educational materials, training modules/courses, newsletters, brochures, and the like, as appropriate to the institute.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department (i.e., Digital Marketing & Content Specialist) on internal and external communications (i.e., media relations, social media) on programming and institute offerings.
  • Create and maintain program/project records, reports, presentations, and proposals; research information, prepare summaries, generate replies to inquiries, and gather/select relevant data from a variety of sources.
  • May have opportunities to supervise student employees, volunteers and/or interns
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned/requested.

    • 3+ years of successful administrative, project managing, or teaching experience
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, business administration, or a related field
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Experience with curricula development and course planning
    • Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online learning platforms
    • Knowledge of program management and development procedures

      • Team player and proactive/intuitive problem solver
      • Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse groups.
      • Strong writing and editorial skills

      • Ability to prioritize work and operate under tight deadlines.
      • Motivated and flexible, able to work independently.
      • Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and/or programming events.
      • Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports.
      • Experience in use of google workspace, word processing, personal computers and related software applications.
      • Knowledge of communication principles, media, and marketing techniques.
      • Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting a plus
      • Experience in early-stage start-ups and working on a fully-remote team a plus

        • Salary -- $62,500 annual salary
