Employed Urology position located in the Pocono Mountains. This position is offering a $600,000 base salary. Position:- Currently hospital is sending all urological patients and procedures to neighbor hospital who is apart of the same ACO- Multiple call options available as neighboring hospitals is assisting with 5 other Urologist - join call schedule, do only day call, elect not to take call - all options- Hospital desires candidate would do bread and butter urology, though open to growing other service lines- Robot can be used at neighboring hospital if desired- 3 - 5-day work week with clinic and 1 OR day scheduled, though can do more- 92 acute bed hospital, level IV trauma designationCompensation:- Employed position, base salary of $500,000 - $600,000 with bonus based on wRVUs- $30,000 sign on bonus, $10,000 relocation, $5,000 CME, 6 weeks PTO- 403B with 6% of salary matching, comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision- Loan repayment through NHSC and through state, ability to get all loans paid for over time- Can support Waiver/Visa Sponsorship Location:- Located in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, 2-hour drive to Philadelphia and New York- Up and coming trendy community with recent transformations making this a sought-after town- Local restaurants, breweries, fresh produce markets, live music, festivals, wineries, and more- Affordable housing, ability to buy land, beautiful scenery everywhere- State ranked public and private schooling options for the kids- Outdoors - lakes, rivers, mountain climbing, hiking, kayaking, skiing, fishing, hunting and moreIf this is of interest, please give me a call or email be best times to reach you.
