Pediatric Practice in Suburb of New YorkPediatrician - Johnson City, NYWe are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate pediatrician to join our busy practice located in a suburb of New York. The successful candidate will have a strong background in general pediatrics, including diagnosing and treating common childhood illnesses, providing preventive care, and managing chronic conditions.Pediatrician Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including physical exams, immunizations, and management of chronic conditionsDiagnose and treat common pediatric conditions such as upper respiratory infections, asthma, and ADHDOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studiesPrescribe medications as neededCommunicate with patients and families to educate them about their child's health and provide guidance on how to manage conditionsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists and primary care physicians, to coordinate care for patientsParticipate in on-call rotation and be available for after-hours emergenciesPediatrician Qualifications:Medical degree from an accredited medical schoolCurrent or pursuing state medical licenseBoard certification in PediatricsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentCommitment to providing high quality care to patients and familiesWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
