Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Administer Chemotherapy/Biotherapy and supportive care
• Perform patient assessment and provide symptom management
• Communicate with collaborating physicians and nurse practitioners regarding patient care
• Provide emotional support and educate patients/family about symptom management and disease
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
  Requirements
  
  • NYS registered nursing license
  • Solid IV skills and knowledge of central lines
  • Inpatient hospital nursing experience, 1 year minimum
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Our office hours:
    
    Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 4:30 PM;
    
    Friday 8 AM - 12 PM;
    
    No weekends or Holidays.
