Dentist job opening in Pennsylvania 2 Locations: Honesdale and Lords ValleyLocated in the Northern Pocono Mountain Range - 100 miles from New York City and 150 miles from Philadelphia, PA Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) About the Opportunity: - Full-time, permanent position- The opening is primarily for the Lords Valley office, which was recently renovated and expanded to 10 operatories. - The schedule is 5 days per week, no call, participate in rotating Saturday schedule. - Patients per day are dependent on if it is the dentists days with EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant). EFDA days dentists are able to significantly increase there productivity. - Salary is highly weighted in productivity: base salary plus two incentives (Individual productivity incentive and a performance pool incentive). Top performers $200K+. - 3 dentists in each office - Progressive, multi-specialty group with Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health sites throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. The group in total has 90 professionals and 300 plus employees.
