Job Title: Orthopedic Surgeon

Location: Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania

Salary: This position is an employed position with a generous compensation package. A commencement bonus of up to $100,000 is offered, along with a residency stipend, relocation allowance, medical education debt reimbursement, CME allowances and bonuses. An excellent benefits package is also included.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team and provide superior care to our patients. You will have access to two DaVinci Robots and have a large primary care referral base. You will also have the potential to join a 1:6 call for emergency department cases.

Roles and Responsibilities:
---Diagnose, treat and manage orthopedic injuries
---Perform surgery as necessary
---Develop treatment plans for orthopedic diagnoses
---Educate patients on medical conditions and treatments
---Monitor patient progress
---Ensure patient safety

Qualifications:
---Must possess a valid medical license
---Board certified in Orthopedic Surgery (ORS)
---Possess strong interpersonal skills
---Excellent communication and listening skills
---Proven patient care experience
---Ability to build trust and rapport with patients

---Proficiency in using medical equipment
---Ability to work independently and as part of a team
---Strong decision making skills
---Ability to work under pressure
---Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
---Knowledge of quality assurance standards
