  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a -Travel RN - MedSurg/Tele Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week Length: 13 weeks Requirements:
  • PA license
  • 2 years Acute Care Experience and/or experience congruent with role in service line
  • Graduate of accredited Nursing program
  • AHA BLS
  • NIHSS
  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
  • EMR - EpicOther details:
    
    • Successful completion of Registered Nurse orientation
    • Knowledge and competence that reflects current nursing practice
    • Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in the delivery of patient care
    • Successful completion of additional orientation programs related to specialty
    • Attainment and maintenance of unit-specific competencies
    • Basic computer skills
    • PROOF of COVID & FLU vaccination MUST be provided at time candidate is submitted! Declinations are - accepted
    • LVHN requires a full Hep B series (3 doses) or positive Hep B antibody documentation
