Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel
nursing job in Plymouth, New Hampshire.Job Description &
Requirements
Must demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing
processMust assess and identify patient problems/needsWill
establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and
revise the patient plan of care based on patient
progressResponsible for assisting, supporting, and educating
patients # of beds: 18Average RN to Patient ratio: 1:4/6EMR: Cerner
Dress code: Traveler provided scrubs of any color Patient
population: Pediatric-GeriatricRequested time off during the course
of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO
REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF
RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better) Travelers must be available
for Thanksgiving , Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's
holidays if needed. RTO can not be approved for those since they
require a holiday rotation and will need to schedule them where
needed . Thank you Non-billable orientation: 8hrsHoliday and OT :
