Job Description:
The Gardens at Millville is seeking a Assistant Director Of
Nursing RN for our 110-bed skilled nursing facility in Millville,
PA.Pay range: $85k-$95k/yrResponsibilities:Plan, organized,
develop, and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Service
DepartmentParticipate in interviewing and screening residents for
admission to the facilityReview nurses notes to ensure proper
documentation is maintained relating to residents treatment,
medications, and conditionsMake daily rounds for observation of the
care of residentsTalking with physicians and visiting selected
residentsAssist the Resident Assessment/Care Plan Coordinator in
planning, scheduling, and revising the MDS, including the
implementation of RAPs and triggers.Qualifications:Current RN
License in good standing.A minimum of 1 year RN Supervisory
experience as an ADON in a long-term care
