Job Description:
We are hiring a Dialysis Clinic Manager (DCM) to lead our new
outpatient clinic in Shoreline's Richmond Beach neighborhood,
featuring modern facilities and advanced equipment.
Responsible for supervising in-center dialysis patient care,
ensuring quality nursing services, and managing staffing and
resources.
Requires leadership experience in a clinical setting, dialysis
patient care background, and RN licensure from WA State.
Must have at least 1 year of clinical nursing and 6 months of
dialysis experience, including charge nurse roles.
Work hours are full-time, typically Monday-Friday, with emergency
response availability and travel to other locations for
training.
Salary ranges from $83,395 to $125,093 annually, with comprehensive
