Job Description:
The LPN provides high-quality routine care to tenants under RN
supervision, following the Service Plan, Minnesota BON standards,
and facility policies.
Participates in developing and updating tenant Care Plans and
implements delegated interventions.
Collects and monitors tenant health data, reporting changes to the
RN.
Assigns and oversees unlicensed staff, ensuring tasks are performed
competently.
Supports tenants in achieving optimal physical, mental, and
psychosocial well-being.
Qualifications include completing a Minnesota-approved nursing
program, holding an active Minnesota LPN license, and CPR
certification.
