1199 59 day assignment covering FTE maternity leave. 7a-3p but
may be asked to work 9a-5p PRN. Rotating weekends, holidays.
Bachelors in Pharmacy or PharmD (R). NYS licensed and registered
pharmacist (R). Immunization certified (P). Computer literacy (R).
PGY1 residency exp (P). 2 yrs exp in retail pharmacy (P). 5 yrs exp
in hospital pharmacy services &/or pharmaceutical services
related to iv therapies (P). Knowledge of Pharmacotherapy and
Pharmacokinetics (P).
