Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 37.5 hours per week - Shift: 7 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN – Case Management (Discharge Planning) Location: Bronx, NY 10457 Duration: 13 weeks Shift - Days: Monday–Friday - Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Weekend Requirements: Occasional, rare, with manager approval - Holiday Requirements: Occasional, rare, with manager approval Requirements - License: NY RN License – active at submission - Education: BSN required - Experience: Minimum 1 year of inpatient case management experience - Preferred Experience: Prior critical care experience - Certifications (all required): - BLS (AHA) - PRI Certification (Patient Review Instrument) - SCREEN Certification Note: PRI & SCREEN can be completed online (Albany School of Public Health – approximately 2–3 hours each; ~$300/certification).
