MedCadre is seeking a travel RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for a travel job in Bronx, New York. Specialty: RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist ~ Discipline: Allied Health Professional ~ Shift: 8 hours, days ~ Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Dietitian Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week) Note: Local candidates are also being considered by the facility. The registered dietician will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nutritional care plans for patients. This role requires collaboration with medical professionals and patient education to ensure optimal nutritional outcomes. Conduct interviews with patients and/or families to gather dietary history and food preferences. Monitor food and drug interactions and document education provided. Review lab, physical, and social data from medical records to inform nutritional plans. Provide tailored nutrition education and document patient understanding. Consult with physicians for appropriate diet modifications.
