Job Description:

Job Description - Report directly to the Medical Director of Occupational Health Services (OHS) - Perform health assessments including medical history, physical examination, required laboratory and other diagnostic tests as needed. - Review historical laboratory documentation, other health documentation of clients for pre-employment, annual, return from medical leave, injury, illness, exposure to blood borne pathogen, exposure to tuberculosis and exposure to other infectious agents or chemical exposures. - Prescribe medications and administer vaccinations - Health education and health advocacy for hospital workers, including collaboration to reduce health and safety hazards in the workplace. - Timely documentation in EPIC and completion on all required forms. - Collaborate with Nursing, Medicine, Human Resources and other departments as required - Review and administer vaccinations and update and reconcile immunization records in Epic - Review patient's charts for incomplete or missing documents to assure compliance - Provide health education and educational materials as needed. - Follow up with HCPs for retesting or reevaluation per guidelines - Compile and maintain OHS statistics daily
