contract nurse RN Pediatrics for a local contract nursing job in
Manhattan, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:
Pediatrics - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per
week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Our
client is seeking an RN for a Pediatric Foster Care position in
Manhattan, NY. This local contract opportunity offers a competitive
salary. Temp to perm role! Job Function: /n - Day Shift. /n - 9am -
5pm. /n - Collect patient information, including medical records,
insurance details, and pretreatment formalities before provider
visits. /n /n - Triage patients and record vital signs such as
blood pressure, temperature, respiration, and heart rate. /n /n -
Assist patients with preparations for medical exams and administer
prescribed medications, immunizations, or injections. /n /n - Dress
external wounds and report any changes in patient condition to the
provider. /n /n - Educate patients and caregivers on medications,
diet, and health maintenance; document care and patient responses
accurately. /n /n /n Job Requirements: /n /n - 1–2 years of
experience working with pediatric patients in a clinic or school
setting. /n - Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational
nursing program. /n - Current LPN or LVN license in the state of
New York. /n - High school diploma or GED required. /n /n
