Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVICU Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Critical Care Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in NYC. Job Function: Night Shift. 3x12: 7pm - 7:30am. Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress and condition, identifying any changes. Administer treatments and monitor medication dosages.Communicate updates to physicians, patients, and family members. Respond to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions. Provide continuous care and support to patients in the ICU. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Job Requirements: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). Current RN license for the state of New York. 2 years of acute care experience in this specialty. BLS & ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are required.
