Job Description Equiliem is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Occupational Medicine for a local contract job in New York, New York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Occupational Medicine - Discipline: Nurse Practitioner - Start Date: 07/28/2025 - Duration: 24 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opportunity in New York, NY 6 month local contract starting 7/28/2025 Candidates will join an integrated team of physicians and NPs, backed by support staff, who deliver customer-focused care to over 14,000 employees. The Employee Wellness Center (EWC) provides a combination of wellness evaluations, regulatory examinations, sick determinations, and safety-sensitive assessments. Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm Schedule: Minimum of 3 days onsite per week. During the training period which could take 2-4 weeks, the contractor may beasked to be onsite 5 days a week. Responsibilities include: focused history and physical exams; using Electronic Health Records (EHR); and determining fitness to work with appropriate restrictions. As a corporate occupational medical practice, there is no prescription writing, primary medical care, after-hours call or insurance billing. Flex Skils: - Expereince using Electronic Health Records - Medical Terminaology - Reviewing / Processing Physical exams in EHR Requirements: - Malpractice insurance is required - Has capability to sign HealthRecords
