Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background with experience in critical care settings, particularly caring for patients with complex cardiac conditions and those recovering from cardiovascular surgeries. This role is vital in delivering high-quality, intensive nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide optimal outcomes in a high-acuity environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide continuous, high-acuity monitoring for patients with life-threatening cardiovascular conditions. - Manage advanced life-support equipment including ventilators, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and ventricular assist devices. - Administer critical medications such as vasopressors, antiarrhythmics, and sedation agents.
